A Wix or Squarespace site is software you're renting. You pay $20-30 a month, you do all the work of building it, and when you stop paying, it disappears. What I build is a file - plain HTML and CSS on a server. It doesn't need a subscription to exist. It doesn't break when a platform updates. It works exactly as well in five years as it does today, because it's not connected to anything that can change without your permission. You're paying $29 a month for me to keep it running. That's it.

You pay the build fee. I write the site in plain HTML and CSS, point your domain, and send you a preview link within a few days. You approve changes as we go.

Site goes live. $29 to $79 a month covers hosting, uptime, backups, and small changes whenever you need them. Month-to-month. You own the code.

I'm in Kansas City. I've been building websites for twelve years. I answer my own phone and I don't sell your data. No pitch deck, no account manager, no ten-person Zoom call to change a phone number. If you email me, I'll write back.
Every site I build is hand-coded and lives as plain files on a server. That means it's fast, it doesn't break when some platform pushes an update, and you keep the code forever even if you stop working with me. Local, boring, durable.
