The price you start at is the price we agree to for your first term. New clients after the WABA-sale period should expect higher, more boringly responsible pricing.
What's not included
Stock photography (I can take photos of your business for $75 or you can send me yours). Third-party integrations beyond the basics cost extra depending on the service. Domain registration is separate ($12 to $15 a year, and I'll help you set it up). Logo design is $50 if you need one.
Common . Questions
The FAQs.
Yes. I build it, you own the code. If you ever want to leave, I'll hand you the files and help you set up somewhere else. No lock-in.
Most sites are live within a week of the first conversation. I'll talk to you for 15 minutes, write the copy with your input, build it, and text you the link.
Hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, and small updates (changing hours, adding a photo, fixing a typo). You email me, I handle it. You're paying for me to keep it running and respond when something needs to change.
Yes. No long-term contracts. If you cancel, your site stays live through the end of the billing period and I'll send you a zip of your files.
I'll look at it, tell you what I'd change and why, and give you an honest opinion on whether it's worth rebuilding. Sometimes the answer is no.
Those are software you're renting. You pay monthly, you do all the building yourself, and when you stop paying, it disappears. What I build is a plain file on a server. It doesn't break when a platform updates. It works the same way in five years as it does today.
Mostly, yes. I like meeting the people I build for. But if you're outside KC and the project is a good fit, send me an email and we'll talk.
