This policy covers simonlpaige.com and the web design services provided by Simon L. Paige Web Design, a brand of Groundlayer LLC.

What I collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts. I do not collect data from your visit.

If you email me, I'll have your email address and whatever you write in the message. I use that to respond to you and, if we work together, to communicate about your project.

What I don't do

• I don't sell your information to anyone.
• I don't share your contact details with third parties.
• I don't use your data for advertising.
• I don't add tracking to client websites unless the client specifically asks for it and understands what it does.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of standard web hosting. Their privacy policy applies to that data.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Google may collect standard request data when your browser downloads the font files. Their privacy policy applies to that data.

Client data

If you're a client, I keep your business information (name, address, phone, email, website content) to build and maintain your site. I store it in private project files and don't share it with anyone else. If you cancel, I'll delete your project files within 30 days unless you ask me to keep them.

Payment processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. I don't store your credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top. For a site this simple, changes will be rare.
