Sheet . process

No mystery. Here's exactly how this works.

Most web design feels like buying a used car. I'd rather just tell you the prices, the timeline, and what I do and don't do. If that's enough to decide, you've already saved us both a phone call.

How I build . What it costs . What you get

The . Timeline

From first call to live site, in about a week.

This is the actual cadence. If something on your side slips, we just slide by a day. I don't build rush fees into the price because I'd rather people take a breath than pay me extra for mine.

Day 1 . Monday

We talk for 15 to 20 minutes. I ask about your business, who your customers are, and what you want the site to actually do for you. No sales pitch. If I'm not the right fit you'll know by the end of the call.

Day 2 . Tuesday

A one-page scope hits your inbox. Pages, features, photos needed from you, price, timeline. You sign it and the Stripe invoice arrives. That's it for paperwork.

Days 3 to 5 . Wed - Fri

I build. You do whatever you normally do. If I need a photo or a phone number I'll ask once, in one message, so you're not fielding a dozen small questions.

Day 8 . Monday

We look at it together. You tell me what's wrong. I fix it. One round of revisions is included and in my experience that's all most people need.

Day 9 . Tuesday

Site goes live on your domain. The monthly subscription starts today, not a day before. I send you the handoff doc and your login details.

After that

Small changes over text or email as you need them. I answer. Bigger changes get their own small quote. If you want to leave someday, you take the code and go. No drama.

What . It . Costs

Three plans. The price you see is the price you pay.

No "starting at." No hidden fees. No annual contracts. The build fee is one time, up front. The monthly keeps your site running and covers small changes.

Plan Pages Build Monthly Good for
Starter 1 $399 $29 Corner shop, single-service pro, "here's who I am, here's how to reach me."
Business 5 $799 $49 Most small businesses. Services, gallery, about, contact, and one more.
Storefront 10 $1,299 $79 Product catalog with Stripe checkout. Shopping cart, not a full marketplace.

If you start on Starter and outgrow it, upgrading to Business is the price difference ($400) and a $20 bump to the monthly. I don't rebuild from scratch. I just add pages to what's already there.

Add-ons

Extras I can do, listed with prices.

These aren't required. Plenty of sites ship with none of them. But if you want one or two bundled in, here's the menu.

Add-on Price What it is
Photography $75 I come to your spot with a real camera and shoot for an hour. You get the usable shots.
Logo $50 A clean wordmark or small type treatment. Not a full brand system, just something that looks good at the top of your site.
Menu page $75 For restaurants. Formatted from your existing menu, easy to update when prices change.
Booking page $60 Wired to a real booking tool (Calendly, Square Appointments, whichever you already use).
Custom email address $40 [email protected] set up and forwarding to wherever you actually read mail.
Social starter kit $50 Matching cover images, profile pictures, and a few post templates for Facebook and Instagram.
Google Ads setup $100 I set up a starter campaign and hand it off. You run it. I don't manage ads ongoing.
Monthly content $30 / mo You send me updates when you have them, I put them on the site. A photo a week, a price change, a new hour.

What's . Included

Everything you need for the site to be real.

Domain setup

If you don't have one I help you register it. If you already have one I point it at the new site without your old email breaking.

SSL and hosting

The padlock in the browser bar, and the server the site lives on. Both are bundled. You don't need a separate hosting bill.

Mobile layout

Every site works on a phone. That's not an upgrade, that's the baseline.

Contact form

Goes straight to your inbox. No CMS to log into. No spam filter to babysit.

One revision round

After the first draft, tell me what's wrong and I fix it. Most projects need one pass. Some need two. That's fine too.

Handoff doc

A plain-English page that tells you where your domain is, how the site updates, and what to do if I get hit by a bus.

What's . Not

Things I don't do, and who does.

I'd rather tell you up front than pretend. If you need any of these, I'll point you at someone who's actually good at it.

Social media management

I don't post on your behalf. I can set up a starter kit (add-on above), but running your Instagram isn't something I do.

Ongoing copywriting

I'll tidy up what you send me. I won't invent your story or your voice. That has to come from you.

SEO campaigns

Your site will be fast, clean, and findable. I won't sell you a monthly SEO retainer. Most of them don't work.

Got something that doesn't fit a normal website? An app, a tool, an automation, something nobody else is building? Tell me about it. I'm up for trying things.

How . Payment . Works

Stripe, up front, month-to-month.

After our call, I send a one-page scope and a Stripe invoice for the build fee. You pay that before I start. The monthly subscription doesn't begin until the day your site goes live, not the day we signed.

The monthly is month-to-month. No annual contract, no cancellation fee. If you need to stop for any reason, cancel the subscription in Stripe and let me know. Takes five minutes.

If . We . Stop

You keep everything.

If we stop working together, you keep the code. It's plain HTML and CSS. Any developer can read it, update it, or move it to a different host. I'll pull the site off my hosting, hand you the files, and help your next person get it running if they need it. Your domain stays yours the whole time.

No holding it hostage. No "we need to schedule an offboarding call." It's your site. It always was.

Ready?

Let's talk.

15 minutes on the phone. I'll listen, ask a few questions, and tell you honestly whether I'm a fit. No slide deck, no follow-up email sequence.
